I don't know who that character is, but it's a beautifully done signature. The font seems a bit out of place in my opinion, but it still looks great.

At first glance, it looks like another typical rounded-corners siggy. However, on second glance, it's actually quite nice.

I'm personally not a huge fan of borders on siggies - it closes the whole thing off and makes good work look amateurish. I would try removing it and seeing what happens.

Overall, 7.9/10 :3
