Pretty cool effects, but the lighting up top seems a bit overdone and obscures the renders face. 7/10

I won't be giving it a rating but I'll tell you what I think is good about it and what's wrong.

 

The flow of the smudge on the left side just looks like it's forced onto her. I think you could have made it flow from the hair towards the left instead. 

 

Color-wise, I think it looks fine, but the pink just doesn't fit the overall signature. I think you could have gone with red or dark rose instead of pink.

 

Since I'm not a big fan of cursive writing, I'll be giving it a.. Top 10/All of the pony signatures on MLPForums.

The smudging looks a little odd, it looks like on both sides, the smudging kind of rears off in another direction. Plzfix. Also, it's just my personal thing, but I hate red and black together. :/

Applebloom: As I've mentioned before, large empty spaces, especially caused by quotes, really bother me. I'd probably give it a 8/10. If there was no text, Applebloom wasn't centered, and there was something to fill up the empty space, I'd give it 9/10.
