No it's not. It's by Devinian. Adding a border around an artwork doesn't make it yours.

 

It's still a nice artwork though, 9/10. But don't say that it was created by you. (Unless you're Devinian lol)

Get rid of the OC and push the pie and text to the centre and this would be a pleasant 10/10 for simplicity. 

7/10 At the moment because A: the foreground isn't composed right, and B: the OC is generically Pony Creator

Yep! It is PC... I kinda like the edited photo but I think I'll just keep it like this (it's so hard trying to make it 100x600 because it keeps on wanting 900 width...)
