I love SpongeBob. Seasons 1-3 that is.

After the first movie it became a load of crap. I am VERY surprised the show wasn't canned after One Course Meal.

For those of you who don't know, the premise of that episode is that Krabs fins out that Plankton is terrified of whales. So he tortures Plankton with that fear to the point of attempting to commit suicide. When SpongeBob tells Krabs about what he's trying to do to himself, he sits there and laughs his ass off.

Let that sink in. He LAUGHED at suicide. And this is a frickin' KID'S SHOW.

So before I go on a whole essay on it, I love the pre-movie episodes, but after that, it's been from mediocre to complete crap.

I don't watch any of the newer stuff, mainly because I have been soured completely by much of the newer episodes, some of them are just absolutely dreadful. I do however absolutely LOVE the original 3 seasons, I watch those all the time. <3 It is amazing how funny a lot of the original episodes are, there is a ton of subtle humor that I never noticed when I was younger. Now when I think about it, it often makes me laugh.

I love Spongebob, season 3 is my favorite season because of "No Weenies Allowed". xD

I could quote it all day. Season four and five are alright, but you really notice a lack of quality at season 6. Season's 7 and 8 areknown for having most of the most infamous episodes Spongebob has ever had. 

People say season 9 is going up...but some episodes through out that season are so SO bad. I have seen three good episodes from season 9..that isn't much...
