I'm not sure! I love watching all these episodes! Though to be far, I didn't like The Sponge Who Could Fly as much as others (the animated portion, not the Patchy sections). I loved watching them all as a kid and in the present day for the biggest Nostalgia boners in my life. As a kid, I watched Spongebob Season 1-3 so many times that I literally recited every episode of all 3 seasons word from word when I'm alone and bored, that was how much I loved watching them.

 

I liked Season 2 a bit more than Season 1 because of the smoother, improved animation and better jokes, but I loved Season 3 the best because some elements were more adult themed and it told the jokes. Jokes that I always laugh at and I will remember forever.

Krusty Krab Training Video. The premise is unique and the humour is top-notch. It's such an excellent episode.

 

As for Season 1 and 2, my favourite episodes are Pizza Delivery and Band Geeks respectively.
