  1. 1. Which should be the Season 6 Intro?

    • The ending of Crusaders of the Lost Mark
      8
    • The ending of The Cutie Re-Mark
      7

Gotta go with Crusaders of the Lost Mark, though we all know it will be the Cutie Remark. Starlight just doesn't appeal to me, yet. Lost Mark was an episode that will forever be in my mind and it is one of my favorites in the entire show, so I would far prefer the intro focus on that.

Many would choose COTLM (Crusaders Of The Lost Mark) over The Cutie Remark, mainly because I agree with them too, I would prefer to see a COTLM intro for Season 6. All though sadly, I think hasbro may go with Cutie Remark. (Not too sure though).

Seriously? Why do we have to prefer one over the other, when the CMC and the Mane6 pretty much have both their own story arcs?

Please, don't be afraid to talk to me. I am not as unapproachable, as you might think.

I have a hard time feeling any attachment to Starlight when she was in only two episodes (not counting her background appearances through S5) and her backstory was so weak to me. She just came across as a control freak who couldn't deal with change of any kind. She hadn't been bullied, they didn't show any struggle other than having to say goodbye to a friend. (Which everyone does from time to time, and it wasn't even a severed friendship, just distance). I tried to like her. I'm still trying actually, but honestly It was the first time I was actually truly disappointed in a season finale.

The CMC however grew on me. In the beginning of the series I thought they'd be annoying and I ended up really liking them and all rooting for them. They really managed to hold their own as the show went on. Crusaders of the Lost Mark may even be my favorite episode in the series, if not, definitely of the season. I hope we see a fair deal of them "fulfilling their destiny" in S6.

Hah, agreed about starlight. She'll really have to grow some personality coming up IMO.

She works very well as a foil for twilight in showing 2 different views of harmony , but past that, I'm just not even sure where she'll go. She acted much like Trixie in that she just wanted revenge and felt twilight had robbed her of happiness;  but with the difference of Trixie's personality is very overblown and works well to bounce off of other characters due to her insane ego and mannerisms, while starlight seems to have a very tailor built flaw instead.
