searching Tales of the Children of the Night OOC

(It feels really narcissistic making this roleplay have my name in it but since it was based on a roleplay which shared nearly the exact same name I can only feel so bad)

The story of this roleplay takes place many years after the time of the great day and night wars featured in the RP here. 

 

Backstory:

The rule of the lunar kingdom has been weakened since the end of the alicorn princess's eras. Old rivalries from the great war have surfaced once again which has pushed the kingdom of night back. The much newer Kingdom of day has taken hold under the light of the sun and has grown in size to nearly rival it's opposite. Even so the lands live in a bitter limbo of peace that threatens to break at any time. Rule of each land has been passed down through the line of ponies until it hit it's current part. The royalty seem to be working forward towards a lasting world but only time will tell.

 

Current:

You are a member of the lunar empire as some part of the world. You can be basically any job you want from the general of the army, to an assassin, or even just a normal worker in the kingdom. There are some pieces that can't be taken such as the queen of either land or people who are "ghosts," special ponies will be discussed on a case by case basis.

In regards to the rules of the roleplay things are going to be kept rather simple. The normal rules of roleplaying set by the website obviously apply along with the general rules such as no godmodding. Simple rules in character creation also apply being that of no alicorns or ghost ponies. On the subject of relationships make sure that each person accepts before starting and keep the relationships within site rules (don't get to m rated people). Off of these special rules will be considered on a case by case basis. If you have any question feel free to ask me via the OOC or by pm.

 

The roleplay will be created once we have a reasonable amount of people to start with.

I just like the word meteorologist but now that I think about it that's the wrong thing in this case, off to change it.

(since I was thinking about predicting which isn't realy part of the pony world... look it's like 12:00 midnight here I'm tired -.- )

I am a bit confused at some of the parts of your character. Firstly, what was the cutie mark? This isn't too bad  I am just a bit curious. As for the other part I am a bit confused as to what you mean by their abilities. The main part which is confusing is the part where it says, "and being in general blood." If you could just clear that up for me that would be great.

Cutie mark: A Wooden shield with a frothing mug of ( presumably hard cider ) engraved on it.
Ability: Really strong, which allows him to wield his ummm... 'special shield' 

 

His shield is slightly larger than his body. Could be mistaken for a door. Made of Seemingly enchanted wood. Hard to break, but it CAN be damaged. It dispenses multiple kinds of alcohol( seemingly infinitely ), somehow manages to store several collapsible mugs and medical supplies. Also has in-built stands which can be pulled out for the shield to function as a table. The perfect mobile party.

Personality: Warm and friendly. A complete pacifist, and never attacks unless somepony attacks first. incredibly merciful and seeks to find the good in others. He's the kind that would accept anypony into his inn for a rest, friend or foe.

 

Position: Manages a nearby inn/tavern , or the bar at the guard's barracks ( up to the dm )

 

Other interesting things (if you have any): His hooves are abnormally dexterious, needed for managing tablewear and stuff
