Well, Starlight Glimmer could go back in time to destroy liberty prime in it's early stages or preventing it from being built in the first place, but on the other hand, Liberty prime could also nuke/eye laser Starlight glimmer before she gets the chance to use her spell. It really depends of the battle environment, i guess.
