planning Street Fighter: the Storytelling game

Here's a proposition some might have heard before, playing a tabletop RPG but here on the forums. Yes there actually is a tabletop RPG for Street Fighter brought to us by the people of White Wolf. Lacking friends or a place that would be willing to host a game where I live I thought I might try my luck here.

 

The rub is I can't DM to save my life, so if there is anyone who knows the game and would be willing to host, I could co-DM along with being a player.
