Who Is This Pony Plush?

I baught this plush last year and I have yet to find out who he or she is.

Is this character from the comics?

I haven't the foggiest; their cutie mark and physical appearance doesn't match anything I've seen. It's most likely an original character from whoever made the plush.

That was my suspicion at first, but I baught it at a store at the mall.

It also had an official MLP tag on its ear.

According to some of the research I've done, the company that makes the same kind of plushies as this one, is a non-licensed producer of MLP Plushies.

All of the plushies with pictures with that "12 inches" green logo in the top right, are all from the same company.

Maybe someone's OC? It looks like the dragon Cyder as stated above... did you get it from a con or something? I don' think they would sell her in stores... never the less it's cute!
