The Trailer has recently been released and the movie will be arriving in March of 2016, What are your thoughts on it? Do you think it will be worth watching?

As an avid fan of the 2004 animated series, I'm afraid I can summarise my opinion in this infographic:

 

 

To be more precise, the voice cast sounds different (even though the voice actors are availible and still voice those characters in the GO series), Garfield is wearing a modified "Changeling" suit rather than Doom Patrol one, and who is this blue guy?

 

Also, the whole Versus theme is more akin to "kids rescuing their parents" than anything else.

 

I'll pass on this one.

I believe the Blue guy is Blue beetle but that would just be a guess

 

the voice casts being and sounding different I feel is due to them being older versions of the Teen titans, that and they had to change their style to fit the "DC animated" universe , which would not have fit their normal voices. Also, given that "their" robin is Damien rather than Dick grayson, This likely far different that the Teen Titans CN universe, so I'm more keen to accept the difference in costume and voices. o_o

Not the biggest fan of Damien Wayne, but I love almost all of the DC Animated Films, so I will definitely be picking this up. I personally needed this seeing as how the Teen Titans have been diluted by Teen Titans Go!.

Starfire and Raven haven't been featured much in animation (or outside of comics), so the movie's interpretation of them definitely interests me. I've watched a fair amount of the DC animated movies, but unfortunately I've fallen behind. I doubt I'll catch up by the time this movie is out, and I don't like binge watching.

Do my eyes deceive me? A Teen titans that isn't mind numbingly obnoxious, deformed, and grotesquely unfunny to the point where I'm convinced they shoved Trolls and monkeys into a room and told them to write out a tv series?

I don't know about this, Its better than go... well ANYTHING is better than go but I really don't know. Dose Robin sound REALLY young to anyone? Like too young? Like 10 years old or something? I mean I know hes a teenager but I'm not the only one hearing this right?

 

I mean it shows promise but it just seems like this movie is going to be edgy for the sake of being edgy. I heard words like hell and god in the trailer which honestly sounded forced and like a cheap way of saying, "guys look! Its not some kid shit, this is the real deal! God and hell, look how 2 edgy 5 me we are."

 

I liked the show back in the mid 2000's but there is something about this movie that just seems... off. Not saying it's bad so please don't kill me! I'm just saying something about this don't seem right.

I don't like Robin's voice, at all.

Still, usually the worst I can say about DC animated is that they're mediocre. So I may see it at some point on Netflix.
