So the CMC got their marks. My guess is that they're going to ultimately be like counselors or something?

As for the cutie marks themselves:

 

 

Overall they seem to be reminiscent of the CMC badge.

 

• Sweetie Belle: We know she likes singing, hence the music note, but I'm not quite sure what the star could mean.

• Apple Bloom: The apple is no surprise, as we know there is no escaping the Apple Mafia. The heart is just kind of general.

• Scootaloo: The wing and lightning bolt is kinda promising. Maybe she will fly and follow in Rainbow's footsteps or something like that.

 

 

Crusaders of the Lost Mark was the last CMC episode of the series (as of March '16).

 

 

What do you think is to become of the CMC since they won't be doing their usual farting around trying to get their marks? Will there still be CMC centered episodes, or will they just be side characters in the future?

 

Also what do you think their individual marks represent for their respective characters?

I am confident that we will still get CMC episodes in season 6, them helping other ponies learn who they are, that is a cool idea. :3 About the marks, I think each one is pretty straight forward, except maybe for Scoot's. Her's is one I am unsure of, I honestly hope she doesn't become like Rainbow Dash, at least not completely. I don't want her to just be a RD carbon copy.

And you're right, COTLM was the last CMC episode of the series....And yes they might disband soon for sure!

Well technically, they WILL DISBAND soon, because COTLM was the last CMC episode, that's what! Or maybe this could be the end of the Cutie Mark Crusaders that we know.

I think the three stooges will stay together, just with a different mission from hereon out. In my opinion it's a good thing. Their trying without sucess for five seasons was starting to get stale.

The way I see it, they'll still be CMC, just crusading on behalf of the cutie marks of other ponies. They have matching marks because they are good as a team. Even their song said something to the effect of they've "only just begun."

So basically the CMC will be having more episodes where they will be dealing with things like they have with Diamond Tiara in Crusaders of the Lost Mark and Troubleshoes in Appleloosa's Most Wanted.

And or helping others earn their cutie marks, similar to what they were doing for the first 5 seasons.

I'm not sure what we'll see from them in series six, but I hope they get a couple of episodes.

 

As to their long term future, if their destiny is to help other young ponies find their true selves then I could see them all becoming teachers.  Sweetie Belle could teach music and art, Scootaloo sports, and Apple Bloom cooking, woodwork and all other sorts of practical household skills.

You guys made a good point there, but We all know know what's going to happen to the CMC now because of their marks now, the truth is: They DID look better as Blank Flanks forever, doing various things without getting their marks at all. That's what!

 

And yes I think to myself, the CMC's story is now over. This could be the tragic end of the Cutie Mark Crusaders or we say "Cutie Marked Conquerors"...And so we thought they were going to be together as three? I do realize a cutie mark DOES change anypony for example; Sunburst abandoned Starlight because of his CM and same thing with Twist to Apple Bloom in the "Call of the Cutie" episode.

 

I had this sudden theory in my head throughout the whole time and I was thinking..."Could the CMC be disbanding?" Well good theory I had for a while then. I mean, Nothing is the same anymore!

It'll be a transition very similar to the mane 6. They'll go from helping themselves solve problems to helping other ponies solve ponies.

That remains to be seen.  I can't see the writers just dropping popular characters that they've spent so long developing, I'm sure that there will be an epilogue to their story before we see the last of them.

More than likely, they'll be helping others find their cutie marks/understand them. After all, that is what they got their cutie marks for. Also, much like before they got their marks, they will be doing other things from time to time. Just look at episodes like One Bad Apple. They didn't spend ALL their time on their marks.
