gaming No Destiny on pc?

so I just finshed the divsion on pc. I've known about destiny for a while a I know it doesn't have a good story but to be honest I don't care. I decided to look how much it cost and it wasn't on pc. does anyone know why?

Yea Destiny's omission from the PC struck me as somewhat odd as well.  But from what I have read about it review wise, the game appears pretty mediocre and you probably aren't really missing anything by having no access to it.

My guess is that it was something to do with Sony's deal with Activision to have exclusivity over much of the games' features. Heck, Microsoft weren't even allowed to advertise the game as being on their system. So I guess PC just got the short end of the stick and had to miss out on Destiny. It's unlikely we'll see a release for it at this stage, or any of the sequels for that matter if Sony's deal is continuing into the future.

Were Destiny available on PC, I'd recommend that you play something else.  Practically anything else.  I was trapped in that miserable quagmire at length, and I wasted an embarrassing amount of money on it.

 

So I guess PC just got the short end of the stick and had to miss out on Destiny.

I dunno, it felt kind of borderlands-y which is more of a console game in my opinion so I'm okay with it

Please don't play Destiny--I bought a PS4 for it--and I regret it. I was really looking forward to it.

 

I suggest Warframe. Play that it's free, everything in the game you have to pay for you CAN get for free--and it's got 9 planets more than destiny.

 

Not to mention--you don't have one play style you can have MANY based on your suit/gun/etc.

 

Destiny pales in comparison to Warframe.

I've heard rumours of a "Destiny like" game by Bungie coming to PC at some point. With Destiny 2 releasing next year, I imagine that Destiny 2 will be available on PC...maybe.

 

Yea, sue, Destiny lacks much of a story but hell, it's still a fun game to play(at least to me). Plus new content is coming out next month and the Iron Banner is on this week. So, all kinds of fun.

Destiny is more because of the modding loopholes that the PC Community has, just take a look at the GTA Online screw up Rockstar caused on where everyone can mod the game freely with the creation tool kit. 

 

If I am completely wrong then please correct me.
