Would the rest of the Mane6 look different on the other side of the portal?

I don't see why their hair-styles would change. The humane six have basically the same hairstyles as the Pony six, so I think they'd stay the same.

 

 Their clothes might be different though, since Pony Twilight's outfit looks nothing like Sci-Twi's clothes.

Not sure about hair styles, but I'd like to see new outfits. Personally I think Applejack should have wore Jeans or shorts of a similar material instead of a skirt.

I could see a difference: after all Pone-Twi and Sci-Twi look different...of course she has a uniform at Crystal Prep, but her hair is different, plus she has glasses...I assume Pone-Twi had bad vision but fixed it with super advanced unicorn magic and didn't even know it or she would have helped Moondancer out...

 

I'd say if they came over, they'd make it different enough so that we as the audience could tell them apart.

Interesting question, and my answer would be: most likely no. Why? Because they're basically the same characters but humans. Twi is a different case. Pony Twi was just uninterested in making friends nor socializing, even openly thinking such things is not important. Human Twi was also studious, but her lack of social skills was due of bullying and not having anyone to even rely on. Human Twi was meek and hesitant to accept friends, pony Twi  didn't wanted anything to them and was social to the acceptable minimum. 

 

PD: Just look at the recently released Friendship Games bloopers. Human Pinks and pony Pinks were switching places, and pony Pinks looked EXACTLY like human Pinks when she go through the portal

Sadly no; they missed a HUGE opportunity with the EQG universe to give us the mane six but different, and showing us how they might have turned out if things in their lives had been different.

Make them "Them" but reimagined, like each version of optimus.
As things stand the ONLY one of the mane six who's legitimately different is Twilight. >:[

Hopefully they would, but I doubt we are ever going to see whether or not this will be the case.

If you've seen the bloopers from Friendship Games, Equestria's Pinkie looks exactly the same as the human world's Pinkie. So odds are, not that much.
