You know if you gave them any advanced game system that the ergonomics would be all wrong for hooves and Twilight Sparkle would take the game system apart as well. 

 

You are okay for any system up to the NES -- NES has that NES Advantage Joystick which would be passable to play with hooves.

In all seriousness, probably Persona 4 to Twilight. It's literally a game about how friendship is the true driving force behind our actions, and as the bonds with our friends grow stronger, so too do we as people... Also loving and accepting yourself despite your own flaws and imperfections. It honestly seems like the kind of stuff MLP teaches on a weekly basis.
