Stats should not justify god-modding. You didn't give P-Jay proper time to comment whether it was possible to switch the explosives off or not. If you continue to do that it would be stat abusing.

I ended up changing Allie's equipment to match Fo4's system at least, mostly because Fallout 4 allows a lot more customization and it's easier to picture instead of having the same kind of weapons and armor.
