So, Battlebots! If you haven't seen it, it's a show where people build robots to fight. It's really good and they recently rebooted it last year. Since the second season of the reboot is airing (technically) on the 23, I thought I'd better make something for it.
 
This topic is for discussing anything to do with it. I doubt much'll happen with it though. However, anything can happen!

Being an engineering student, I fell in love with this show when I first saw it. It's a really cool concept.

I'm not an engineering student, in particular. I'm just in it for the robotic destruction. Still, it's a great and surprisingly educational combat show and is a great substitute for gladiatorial blood-sport.

I used to watch it quite a bit, but I always remember feeling so bad for the losing team. XD Basically all that they invested in is getting pummeled and it made me sad. :c Still, I loved the arena, same wiht Robot Wars. Those were both such awesome shows.

Huh. That's odd. It still doesn't turn up when I search for it. Neither does mine. Well, nothing else for me to do here. Now I'm not sure whether I should make a topic about the Arrowverse in case it already exists.

Yeah, I know,I was just saying how it's weird that neither of our topics come up in the search. That or I failed horribly at searching. Anyway, i saw that you said your favorite was Tombstone. Tombstone is definitely one of my favorites, but Witch Doctor is my number one favorite. Plus, they had the best costumes.

Their one flaw was that they couldn't flip back over. Otherwise, they may have beaten Tombstone.

On the website it shows all of the robots competing in season two (even the ones that were defeated in the qualifying rumble matches) and Witch Doctor has this sort of pipe thing on it's side that looks like it would work as a righting mechanism.

You probably won't believe it but I successfully sold Battlebots toys about a week ago. (The Bump 'n Bash-series)

I don't necessarily need it anymore.

Haven't been keeping in touch with this, but I do roughy recall seeing the show on TV in a TGI Friday restaurant in China when I was around 7.
