Name: Dust Devil

 

Gender: Female

 

Appearance: An earth pony with a slender build. She has a tan coat, a dark-turquoise mane, and light green eyes. Dust wears her slightly curly mane cut short. Her cutie mark is a tan tornado pierced by a yellow lightning bolt. She wears a harness, like that of a stagecoach. Attached to its shoulders are brass plates with the outlines of wings etched into them, and the harness has straps to hold Dust's hammers where she can reach their handles with her teeth. She wears a matching pair of brass flight goggles.

 

Personality: Dust Devil is headstrong. When she sets her mind to something, she tends to work tirelessly at it until her goal is accomplished. This same determination makes her hopelessly stubborn. Deterring her or changing her opinion is surprisingly difficult.

She's also defiant and passionate. She follows her own personal moral code and has no qualms about breaking others' rules for it. Telling her to do something generally has the effect of making her do the exact opposite, and she generally ignores others' opinions of her.

Dust Devil has no problem doing practically anything to get her way. Thankfully, her motivations are usually altruistic or harmless. However, when she gets an idea in her head (right or wrong), she'll follow it to ridiculous extents. Dust doesn't believe in diplomacy, instead using her raw ability to prove herself superior. This often gets her into trouble.

Being rather crude, Dust has never really pursued romantic interests, though she's more than willing to put herself out for the masses, as much for her personal pride as for altruism.

 

Race: Pegasus. Physically, she appears to be an earth pony, but she is basically a wingless pegasus. She can fly and cloud-walk. Her shoulder plates aren't armor, instead being used to focus her magic in the form of large, translucent yellow wings to fly.

 

Preferred weapon: Two hammers. She only uses one at a time, and only has two so she can be balanced in flight while carrying them.

 

Others: Is very fast and agile in the air, but needs to take frequent (if short) rests to rebalance her magic. Can summon and stop dust storms.

So, is there some market-type place where ponies congregate? Because they have to get food and supplies from somewhere, and in this RP, Dust kills shadow creatures, dismantles them, and sells them. Of course, I can make adjustments if there isn't... But it only makes sense that ponies would trade what they have for what they need, otherwise they all would have died.

There is a market place and the shadows are literally shadows the only thing that can touch them is light but they can touch us. So they just dissolve when you kill them.

I dunno, it seems a little strange that there would only be one "species" of shadows. Like, entities spawned from the darkness aren't all gonna look the same, act the same, or have the same properties. Some might dissolve immediately and others might not. The ones Dust fights aren't even equine, and they dissolve rather slowly when dead (unless light touches them), which gives her time to preserve them.

Thank you Colenso there will be other types but right now you are dealing with the ones that shapeshift also they formed because of the dark magic of the eclipse it is kind of obvious there and also they all dissolve quickly unless they are reapers which are ponies corrupted by the shadow, kinda what almost happened to the stallion sunlight and I just saved, the shadow dissolves and the pony returns to their normal bodies which is in a coma for a week unless the reaper is stopped as it tries to corrupt the pony.

I would, with all due respect, like to argue my case before you go making accusations like this, Silver. You gave absolutely no indication that I was not allowed to expand on the world you provided. None. I understand that you warned me. However, you specifically said not to do it again, not that I was supposed to change my posts. All I did was try to start a friendly debate with you, and you banned me from the roleplay for it. We could have resolved this peacefully, but this was petty and entirely uncalled for.

 

Everyone else, I need help. You are the driving force behind this roleplay, and I would like you to help fix this injustice. Please. I will remake this roleplay myself if that's what it takes, and I'll do it gladly. I will also post the entire conversation over PM here, if anyone asks.

No matter how petty, I have always been a follower of the one true leader of things, I do so loyally and without question. The part that is without question was the conflict between you and the D.M. @@silvermoon15000, @@Amorphous, I probably should have thought it as a test my bad lol as for the argument dm makes the calls. trying to change things its best to work with the dm as much as possible to not over rule them. yet if it was just a small warning then total kick out I cant really say as the rest of us don't have a clue on what just happened.  

 

all else fails get a mod involved and go from there that's my two bits
