It has been years since the moon blocked the sun and enveloped everything in darkness causing a panic in Equestria known as "The Dark Panic". The Eclipse wasn't any normal eclipse for it caused the everfree forest to expand and creatures to rise from the depths of Tartarus. As the years passed, the ponies found a way to cope and survive in the newly darkened world, but a new threat has risen, one that threatens to shut out the light completely. And only a small group of ponies can stop it, but they must always remember one thing..."Fear the dark...".

 

Hello everypony, a few things you must know. I am looking for 6 ponies to embark on an epic quest...rules non except playable ponies can't kill each other and no op characters.

Name- Vehemence

Sex- Male

Race- Punished Pegasi.

Appearance- Vehemence is a twisted Pegasi. His wings are beyond recognition, becoming long, spider like appendages coming out his back. Portions of his legs have bean carved away to form blades onto his limbs. His ventral cavity has been torn asunder and large fangs now protrude from his belly-maw. He has been stuffed with evil chains, twisted, sharp with impaling ends which  he can extend out of his mouth or belly. Two horn like blades have been pierced through his skull and rest in the back of his optical nerves, sweeping back from his head. His fur is stained ash color, his mane and tail are both a black, lengthy and wispy, and his eyes are also solid black.

Personality- Vehemence, twisted and saturated with darkness, but not being an actual demon, is quite simply quiet. After years spent being in eternal agony as punishment for his wrongdoing(s), he can't seem to remember anymore, he has become docile and obedient. However, he can remain focused on a task for ages, and has absolute patience. High pain tolerance, because pain has become commonplace for him.

That is pretty descriptive and very well *shivers* creepy...can you make him a little more...ponyish, he is a bit too demonic...the worst looking demon in this rp is a pony with multiple limbs and heads and actually is a but more PG compared to what yours is...make him a bit more ponyish and you're in

She is an introvert. She is private and reserved. She is patient. She hates the conflict between others. She is idealistic... but sometimes too idealistic. She does not take criticism well and usually takes them personally. She does not like being restrained by rules. Preferred weapon: No weapon.

• The Zoom-And-Enhance Spell. (Allows the zooming and enhancing of her vision for up to a minute. Caster will feel drained afterwards for 1 hour afterwards.)
  
• Basic Magic Blast. (Its a basic magic blast. Pew Pew Pew!)
  
• Precision Telekinesis (For calibrating her instruments.)
  
• One-Time Teleportation (A one time teleportation. At most, can take two other ponies along with its caster. Caster will feel drained afterwards for 3-4 hours afterwards.)
  

 

Other:

• She is an astronomer.
  
• She possesses the skill of celestial navigation. (The skill of navigating with only use of stars.)
  
• She possesses the skill of stellar cartography. (The skill of the creation of maps for use with celestial navigation.)
  
• She knows very basic self-defence.
  
• She is terrified of sudden loud noises. Ranging from bursting balloons to thunder.
  
• She is terrified of spiders. (Who isn't?)

If I removed the horns, the stomach maw thing too.... Only the forlegs being the blades, and the hind legs fading into hooves of onyx. I would like too keep the spider limbs from his malformed wings if that's okay? Black eyes are a bit too.. Native of Tartarus, no, he's not a native, just been there for a really long time, I guess I could make them his standard azure color. Is that good, or do you need me to forgo the spider limbs all together in favor of wings.

His limbs are more of a way to get around tartarus, since there are no skies, and like wings they can be folded back. The chains act as fine manipulators and are used to capture things, while his frontal blade legs are his weapons. Overall, the only thing that cant be changed to make him seem remotely normal are his blades.

Name: Lethenir

 

Gender: Male

 

Appearance: A corrupted unicorn whose body was corrupted gradually by the magic he possessed, his eyes has grown total black only having two white dots with a purplish aura around them as pupils, his fore-legs gradually seemingly melted making them slender until you reach the very bottom where they're way too big for how they look, normally such legs wouldn't work but his muscles remained normal size and can be seen clearly how they're laid out. His body grew small protrusions covering his back in a scale-like pattern. On his head he got a ring of horns seemingly forming a crown with his horn being the center piece and the longest. His horn changed and gradually twisted slightly downwards at the top and turned blacker at the top most parts, his horn also grew a number of thorns at it, together with this it also started turning into a red crystal at the very very top.

Personality: He prefers to be alone, however he can set up deals with others and if so he goes through with them. He'll still stay away though, he also has quite the attitude towards people who he judges to be weaker than him mocking them whenever he has the chance. He doesn't like rules and can be quite hostile to people who try to restrain him through use of power or not. No matter who it is, even if it was some god even.

A list of spells

• Spatial manipulation - His most basic void spell able to open rifts into the void to teleport objects, however it cannot transport living beings, it's oval in shape.
• Spatial travel - A more advanced spell of the former which incorperates the ability to transport anything through the use of limiting the range and shielding the traveling object/being.
• Spatial removal - This spell doesn't need his magic to channel outside his body so it is undetected by means of sensing magic as there is no spill magic, however magic sight can see it. The spell links his physical being to his own void plane removing all physical interaction from him, practically allowing him to fly if he wants to. He can maintain it on certain body parts or on his whole body, the time period is the same for how long he can hold it. No matter the length he uses it the cooldown until he can use it the next time is about 10 seconds up to 30 seconds if he pushes himself hard. This slowly grows his void-influenced corruption. His body is still connected via atom binding even inside the plane and if something got inside the plane and hit him it would hurt him, however this needs a professional user of the same void magic as he uses to do as a link has to be created. While it is on a cooldown he cannot use any other void-based magics.
• Void Maw - His strongest void magic, this magic opens a portal to the void. The void being a realm outside of existance where nothing exists except whatever was before creation... And that is something you are better without seeing. This allows him to trap another being and land mass in the dimension however he himself also has to be trapped with them as it is an AoE with him at the center.
• Levitation - ...which unicorn doesn't know levitation?

Special ability

• Magic pulse - His innate talent being control of magic in form of matter, this allowed him to create a special ability of his own which converts his magic into matter then sends it out into a pulse, the force at the point of release is so stronger it'd make a hole through a pony if it traveled straight but it is only able to do a troublesome deep wound at the point of release due to its spherical release.

 

This got... Longer than I wanted it to be    hope it will be an interesting read at least.

Void creature, not demonic. Hmm, I'll just copy the appearance over and change it. Mostly since the magics arn't demonic in origin just very heavily forbidden to be used because of how they affect the user. (In simple terms they would be space manipulation (discord's portals for example although a lot less consuming magic wise, though they're not nearly as strong as they can only link to an empty universe.) through the use of a smaller but parallel universe. Use of another universe is the reason it is a forbidden spell as it could go both ways and we have no idea what exist in the other universes, the other place is just known as the void because it's empty.) To sum it up, it basically affects you because the energies in the other place you travel in to reach another place in a shorter amount of time are different and slowly seep into your body.

 

Appearance: A unicorn whose coat is brownish green, his horn featuring 30 spirals and his mane being a brown-red colour along while being quite messy his tail however is completely straight, quite an awkward topic. His eye colour is a purple that leans more towards blue. His magical aura is sort of a light blue that leans a bit on the red side. He always has a diamond pendant around his neck, it seems to give off a weak red glow. Most likely just a prized possession of his, which it is.

 

...I liked the pendant idea, it doesn't do anything.
