J.J 930 October 21, 2022 Share October 21, 2022 (edited) So many, so so many, just it would take so much extra attention to personally tend to all the animals I'd love to give a home, I love pretty much all animals, sometimes for individuals truly compassionate to animals it isn't always about what's "ideal' rather what feels right in our hearts, what we are capable of tending to, and how we can make a difference to the animal(s). I just wish every human with a heart or any sense of obligation would just give "some" animal a chance bc there definitely is one for them, they just don't think so yet bc they haven't really met them. You know people used to sell magnetite in conjuction with what I assume was ferrous oxide powder, to "feed" the rock so it could "grow". It is a thing. The shark I had was when I was 8 years. I remember seeing it for the first time while shopping for fishes with my dad. I really wanted to adopt and so we did on the first day! My favorite part is when feeding it and coming home to school to see it everyday. Until one day I came home and the tank was empty. My dad told me it passed away. But i didn’t believe him because I know he returned it without telling me. Thinking about it now.. it was expensive and he probably needed the money.. but still.. The geckos I love very much.. but it was tragic ending for them which I was sad about and regretted bringing them home without doing research on them more. And ideally he'd live with me for the rest of my life. Ideally I'd have a few more pets. Big or medium dogs and cats, and some reptiles.
