Can someone draw my oc, please?

Hi! I was wondering if any of the artists on this site could draw my oc? Sadly, i dont have a picture of him, but. 

Name: kiyota
Age: 17
Race: Dragonpony (yes people aare a bit..'rrr' about those, but it's hard to explain on why he is a dragonpony, well, hard to explain in a small request, if you wanna know more., just ask :3)
 As a dragonpony, he has hair, yet a dragon like body, muzzle, but a somewhat fluffy underside and chest and a fur covered body. his tail is dragon like, yet it had a fluffy tip. ^W^ along with having pony ears..just imagine a pony with a dragon body.

his hair covers his head, imagine a mane thats..not a mane, but hair xD but anyway, it's medium lenght, somewhat spiked up, yet it slips over his face a tad. being manly purple in colour, yet it had a white streak in it. ^^

His fur colouring is a light blue, not to dark, yet not to bright ^^.

If you end up doing this, anyone. thank you, itd be huely appreciated. and i wish i could pay you, but i sadly can't. and as this is a request, i respect that if you ever wish to cancel the picture, you may tell me, and i will not be mad. thanks!
