Thats bad. I live in İstanbul and sometimes we have the same problem especially in the hot summer times. Do you have a water dam ?

I don't think there's a dam built in the town I'm currently in.

Ever since Hurricane Matthew, the Southeast hadn't received must precipitation afterwords according to weather sources. If I recalled, I remembered some of the rain shortages in Georgia too, including the South and it can get pretty dire if reservoirs are down. Seeing that the only chance to receive any significant rain, there's has to be a southward trough of the jet stream to bring in cool Arctic moisture and in that is the chance for rain.

By the Arctic moisture, do you mean the blizzard up in Minnesota and whatnot to come down your way? It is headed my way, maybe it will come to you.

Yeah I can say that we need some water here in Alabama as well, it has sprinkled for about 4minutes three different times in the last 4 months.
