Fellow NASCAR fan here. 

 

Jimmie Johnson has been my favorite driver since he first started out in the Cup series. I was 4 years old at the time.   Still a big fan now though, I actually kinda cried when he won the championship at Homestead this year because Jimmie was also my grandmother's favorite driver before she passed away, and I wish she had been around to watch it happen.

Have you ever been to a race? I've only been to an Xfinity series race, which was like 10 years ago, and a bunch of short track races not too far from where I live.

Yeah I've been to a few, the last was almost 4 years ago at the 2013 Daytona 500. And, spoiler alert, Jimmie Johnson won that race!  That's when I became a Johnson fan   I wanna go to another race soooooo bad xD I'm hoping we'll go to the Daytona 500 in February for my birthday. 

 

Awesome! I was gonna get to go to the Daytona 500 one year but my parents suddenly decided against it cuz of the cost. I almost got to go to a race at Martinsville too with my great aunt and uncle in Virginia but circumstances came up and they had to move away. Really hoping I'll get to go to a race sometime in the next few years, I don't know how much longer I can wait.
