How do you think Chrysalis will get her revenge?

That's easy to get around.  She can claim that they had to disappear or that they faked their own deaths to keep the kids out of danger.  This exact scenario has happened in movies, shows and comics (it's actually one of X-Men's best tricks).  The scenario is that the villain disguises themselves as the loved one of a protagonist (usually someone that died, so the 'real one' can't show up at some point).  And then they convince the protagonist to hand them the key item in question (whatever powerful artifact the characters are using at the time to defeat enemies).  And the thing is, it usually works.  The only time it doesn't, is if the character has certain psychic powers that enable them to read minds (and even then sometimes it works anyway).

This would be especially effective on Applebloom, since she probably spent less time with their parents, and knows them the least.  So if Chrysalis acts 'out of character' from how the parents act, it would be less likely to be noticed.  And Applebloom is more likely to be willing to do anything Chrysalis says in that state.

See, when a villain disguises themselves as a loved one that supposedly died, the character in question immediately stops thinking straight.  Logic and reason get tossed aside, guaranteed.

I doubt every changeling was in the changeling kingdom when Team Thorax took charge; Chrysalis could gather up scouts outside the kingdom, maybe pick off some of the weaker Shiny Changelings and drain them (either converting them back to how they were, or just using them for power) then plot her revenge; the Equality village seems isolated, so taking over there probably wouldn't be that great a task, then Starlight could be invited back, and stuff happen to ruin her reputation back in ponyville while she is being distracted elsewhere.

Good point. But I believe she will not be as strong as before.

Sure. I think she would need a really strong ally to go head to head against the ponies - especially given Starlight is only getting stronger, Discord has reason to hold a grudge against her (I am sure he could get really creative dealing with the individual who took his Fluttershy away from him) and presumably the palace guard now has a Shiny Changeling or two or staff to spot any unreformed changelings trying to sneak in.

Chrysalis is more likely to try something subtle though - lure her enemies to somewhere secluded, then either attack them individually or ruin their reputations "back home" while they are busy elsewhere.

But not in a final of premiere please. Then she has to try that over a whole season.

It's simple really, she'll discover the delicious taste of Nutella while she's trying to find shelter in the girly, sparkly, rainbowy pony world of Equestria and then she'll realize how badly she messed up, for she had loved the taste of Nutella so much, It touched her deep down in her shriveled swiss cheese heart and made her realize what a jerk she had been to starlight and everypony, she then simply will come back to thorax and apologize 

being refomed by Nutella

This is not exactly likely even though it is somewhat similar to the OP, but what I would like, is somehow, Chrysalis gathering a group of ponies that still not like Changelings in the slightest. It would almost be a racism kind of notion, where these ponies feel that Changelings do not belong with ponies. Not sure if it would work with the ponies in the original post, but it owuld be cool. Would be a very interesting mix since it would be ponies against ponies in that regard, rather than just Chrysalis doing all the work. I would like to think she would be able to pull that off since she was the queen of a massive hive, even if the changelings were her children most likely.

I know what I say is highly unlikely but I think it could be a good Premiere or finale as a cliffhanger. 

Queen Chrysalis learns a new magic that instead lets her take over the body of her host and decides to take over Starlight's body as revenge. Than she destroys Starlight's friendship with everyone and than declares in Starlight's body that she is returning to villainy and that everything they did together was a lie. Than the season either starts or ends without the characters knowing it was Chrysalis.

Yeah I think I've watched to many body switch shows (Ultra Fight Zero Season 2 and Dragon Ball Super)

I think she will murder Starlight and everyone who claims to hate her will cry their eyes out and then come to the forums an hour later saying "YES, so glad that Mary Sue is dead"

Okay but for real.

Maybe the "fake" Triple Threat synopsis wasn't fake at all, but just the wrong episode, Chrysalis revives Sombra and frees Tirek, and then we get Twilight, Celestia, and Luna vs Chrysalis, Sombra, and Tirek

Personally I feel like the whole disguising herself as those close to her in order to hurt her is likely. I just sort of hope they don't try and reform Chrysalis... We need at least a few villains to stay evil XD

This is the last thing they should do. Otherwise they must think of new villains who are better then the last time.
