For me it'd have to be Sean Connery. Partially influenced from 'From Russia With Love': the movie and game.

Sean Connery is my favourite James Bond. The fact that he's my all-time favourite actor certainly helps. But as Bond, he's cool, charismatic and accurate to the James Bond in Ian Fleming's books. But, in Diamonds are Forever, he looks a bit old for the role and appears to be bored out of his mind. Apart from that, he's the ultimate Bond.
