Here's one of my favorites from childhood cartoons.

 

Father from Codename: Kids Next Door

This guy is just a bad-ass. He's the super-villain of the show, and is the father of the Delightful Children from Down the Lane, an anti-version of the main five protagonists, who serve as reoccurring villains. The dude is nothing but a silhouette, he has a really cool voice, he can shape-shift, and he has bad-ass pyrokinetic powers that increase in strength with his anger.

 

 

Dat CGI. Isn't that from the last episode. Man that was sad at points.

 

Anyway for me it would have to be

1. Dr Eggman

2. Joker

3. N [not really a a villain, he's more of a rival in Pokemon BW. Like Shadow is SA2]

4. Metal Sonic

5. Darth Vader

6. Giovanni/Team Rocket

7. Daleks

8. Venom and Carnage [i can't choose one over the other so their tied.]

9. Megatron

10. Amon and Zuko [again tied. Avatar/Korra had some nice villains]

 

Though for the record Father is pretty damn cool.

• Pain/Tobi are awesome as well
• Joker is one of my favorites from the cartoon

my fave villian would be sweet-tooth from starkid potter's "holy musical b@man" he was so bucking hilarieous. it actually made me wish he was real XD
