...okay I'll cut down on the sarcasm, but really, I would cut down on the superpowers if I were you. I could suggest things if you want, but since this is about a name...

How about something like... Hans Aniko? based off of Annika Hansen, human name of Seven of Nine in Star Trek Voyager, because of course she has Borg nanoprobes in her blood.

Or maybe, Elias Norman Bootleg? first name sounds like "alien" and surname is tech-y, plus he could use his initials B.E.N as a false name.
