The spotlight episode's on your OC!

Let's say your pony character became a big supporting character on the show. In fact, they are dedicating an entire episode all for you! However they need your help creating a plot that can be covered in a single episode.

So without needing multiple parts and NOT going with the overarching plot of the entire show (or big events from it), what would your character's episode be all about? 

And if you don't have a pony, who's character here deserves the spotlight and why?

Oh, gosh. If that happened, I'd have to scrap my main OC's whole story. XD I'm not familiar with the backstories of the OC's here, though.

I suppose I could drastically cut down the plot line of my second OC, Evening Primrose. I might show how she came from Duskstone Peak to find her fiance who joined Luna's Royal Guard, and then suddenly stopped sending letters. I might show brief moments of her journey to Canterlot, her friendship with the mysterious creature Pooka, and what she eventually found when she reached Canterlot. That's about all I can do with her, really.

Well probably if my OC was introduced into MLP it would become a cyberpunk/sci-fi show. Like it would be extremely futuristic and the plot for it is actually already in my OC's character page plus it's also in my theory of equestria and those are linked in my signature! Though it's probably obvious that it would be very futuristic by my OC's design here!

Oh boy. That's a toughie. I've been planning to write fan fiction that's mostly based on several of the episodes from Seasons 4 to the Present Day. They usually involve my two OCs in the signature banner down there interacting with the characters of the Main show while my characters go through their own story arcs. If that's allowed, I got plenty of episodes that would fit the bill.

But if the original poster wants me to not include any canon characters, well that's a harder question to answer.

So, Sweetcake, would you want the easier answer or the harder answer?

Well, mine would be pretty obvious. There's an ancient site that needs excavating, the contract to excavate is awarded to the Derbyshire History of Pony History, Sojourner, Pathfinder, and maybe others set out to go, they contract Corsair, his crew, and airship to take them there, and on the way they deal with cultural customs, try to learn the land, and all of that stuff.

I'm gonna go with 'no', because my OC is gonna have his own separate animated series in the future! If Flare appears in MLP, that would ruin his chances of me using him for greater purposes!

Why not both? But you're allowed to have main characters interact!

My character would probably be an old professor of Twilight's that needs friendship help and asks her to do it or something similar to that.

Seeing as my OC is wanted dead or alive in Equestria, I'm not sure he'd be the best role model for friendship problems, or would be willing to have the Mane six assist him. Then again maybe they'd help with the ever lasting feud between him and Rave Darkmane... hmm... maybe not.

I dunno actually, there really isn't a lot I can think of without watering down my backstory, or changing it entirely. The way I made it was to have little to nothing to do with cannon characters, so it could sound like a possible legend.

To be honest he'd probably be best as a background character, and/or have a few references to his story in the background like locations he's described or wanted posters. That's really the only way he could fit in with the actual show.

An episode on Mehndi Heart would most likely be about over coming her past actions and moving forward in life. A big lesson episode. XD

Well, besides unoriginal backstory/cutie mark origin stories, I could have one based on her making new friends, or about helping animals that most others don't like, like snakes. 

I could also make it a story on how she met Luna and Fluttershy, and how she married them. Definitely.

Her similarities with Fluttershy though may make it unoriginal. And keeping things with the general structure and tone of the show it would be difficult. Assuming her character is partly fleshed out in the show by that point, it could show how she struggles with being different in some ways. Of course, it may be unoriginal on it's own, but there are certain things about her that would be interesting to show, especially with her differences (not just being fox-like).
