Is moonhose big enough?

I think she needs to get bigger, she (most likely anyway) did after all become Nightmare Moon over Princess Celestia being bigger than her.

Not really. She became Nightmare Moon over jealousy that the ponies preferred the day to the night. It was not an issue of size.

She is the younger sister, hence her being slightly smaller makes sense. (Yes, sometimes an older sister can be shorter than a younger, but thematically, there's a reason for their relative sizes.)
