Had two chocolate and orange cookies. Saw this at the store and it definitely caught my attention.

Sausages egg & chips. Need protein! (Or I thought I did.) Chips include leftover fries. Added tomato & red pepper, 'for extra colour'.

Using up leftovers — Sunday lunch — half a pork pie, roast potatoes, carrots & parsnips out the freezer..... gravy, English mustard.....

Using up leftovers — take-out sag aloo & plain rice, a sausage, onion bhaji. Think I was just in time the spinach was on the point of starting to go off!

Made a nice little diner for me and my girlfriend. On the menu we have : chinese style fondue (hot pot) with beef and potatoes, little assortment of veggies, spicy mayo to dip and a nice warm loaf of Kalamata Olives bread and cultured butter to spread.

It was delicious

Cheese & sandwich spread sandwich (on wholemeal bread), plus potato chips (salt & vinegar flavour)

I daren't even mention the lettuce! (Can you see, it's trying to hide?)

Lunch was eggs benedict but 1 egg, no spinach, bit of fried potato — and no lettuce!

Supper tonight was Heinz canned ravioli on toast, splash of Worcester sauce, bit o cheese.....

Garlic chicken and vegetable pasta omelette with avocado lime sauce. Pepper jack cheese, garlic pepper, roasted garlic and herb seasoning and honey habenero hot sauce mixed into the egg.
