Latest — tonight's supper was paté, Brie & Stilton with crackers, salt & vinegar flavour potato chips, a side salad of lettuce, tomato, cucumber, mayonnaise. Drink was Tequila & Lucozade (spelling?) It still is!

Last night, reheated take-out curry, it was vegetable biryani with an onion bhaji, garnished with sliced tomato & cucumber...

Today, sweet & sour stir-fry chicken, added sliced tomato, mushrooms, red pepper & courgette, noodles....

I had two slices of leftover pizza dipped in Ranch dressing. I grabbed a Three Musketeers candy bar for dessert but I haven't eaten it yet. I'm still staring it down, waiting to pounce when the mood catches me.

Today, varIation on eggs Benedict, 1 poached egg, toasted muffin, bacon, spinach, fried mushtooms & potato. Ain't got no Hollandaise sauce but mayonnaise is a good substitute.....
