Today, using up leftovers – half a beef pasty, mash, brocolli, couple of roast potatoes, gravy, splash of Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, horseradish sauce, tea ..... didn't think I would eat it all, but managed ..

Same as previous, pate & cheese with dry toast, side salad of lettuce, tomato, cucumber, spring onions, mayonnaise .... but healthier than cake! (Altho a Mr Kipling's blackcurrant & apple pie did follow.) I am also trying to cut back on sugar & alcohol consumption.
