I had the best wurst platter (frankfurter, kielbasa & cheese kransky) from the Bavarian with bier jus, creamy mash and sauerkraut along with some red cabbage on the side with a pink lemonade to drink, yum yum.

Didn't have Sunday lunch yesterday so did it today, pork sausages, roast potatoes, carrots, Brussel sprouts, gravy – the usual combo of Bisto, garam massala with chilli pepper – et with English mustard & non-alcohololic lager.

Pork loin steak seasoned and fried with salt, pepper, olive oil and sumac and then simmered in oregano, rosemary, garlic and some butter, combined with air fried chips and a tomato, feta and olive salad with olive oil, balsamic, oregano and sumac :]

Haven't made steak in quite a while and the timing of marinading the salad as well as cooking the chips timed with the steak was stressful but we did it and after covering and leaving the steak to settle for a little while while waiting for the chips to finish was fantastic. The steak sauce was super tasty and garlic-y to dip into with bread too :D The only loin pack at the shop was humongous so I expect there will be a few dinners using porkloin the next few days so they don't go bad...

Brewing some cardamom tea now!
