Not today but last night. Fried half an onion and added a frozen dinner, not frozen obviously but basically sausages fries and beans  Al la fresco - I'm camping in north Wales  

Today so far has been bacon and egg.

Made some steak for dinner, cheap cut but made tasty with lots of herbs and a drizzle of olive oil. Side of some spinach to get my greens in.

Once again, it was served with mashed potatoes and gravy with fried eggs.
