The Dolmio sauce was fortified with ketchup & Worcerstershire sauce.

Nothing!  I literally have NOT eaten anything, for some reason I refused to eat my pizza at lunch, and I didn't have anything for breakfast,  I'm chewing gum, but I don't think that counts!

Today — turkey mince Chinese style stir-fry with diced courgette, mixed peppers, noodles, sweet & sour sauce, mixed salad to garnish.
