Vegetable stew, mostly sliced carrots, half an onion, some thickly diced potato, chopped sausage, a vegetable stock pot, couple of crushed crackers because I have no bread – sorry didn't stop for pix, too hungry!

Leftovers – boiled potato & carrots, stuffing. Not leftovers – brocolli, pork sausages, baked parsnips, gravy... the result is like a Sunday lunch (but it's not Sunday)...

Today, the single egg Benedict thing again, viz 1 poached egg, 2 bacon, fried with courgette & red pepper; English muffin (split & toasted), Hollandaise sauce. (No pix.) Apple & blackcurrant pie to follow.

Smoked haddock & peas on a bed of crushed potatoes (aka, badly mashed mash)...

Later, an Asda apple pie.

Later again, a Mr. Kipling Cherry Bakewell.

Later again, Brie cheese with half a slice of wholemeal bread, crackers, pickled onions, prawn cocktail flavour potato chips, & a glass of port. (No pix.)
