I had chicken breast tenders with barbecue sauce (sweet baby ray’s) and coney island mustard on the side with seasoned chips (fries) and veggies, yum yum.

Steamed new potatoes, half a Ginster's Cornish pasty, & leftover cauliflower cheese, brocolli, carrots & roast parsnips from yesterday. The cauliflower cheese (from Asda) I gave another minute in the microwave, seemed a mite underdone when I had it yesterday. Crunchy vegetables? Not likely!

Et with horseradish sauce, black pepper, Himalayan pink salt .....

Supper – pate on dry toast, with a 'side salad' – cucumber & tomato on limp lettuce .....

... followed by raspberry ripple ice cream with a sliced banana, in turn followed by a chilled Bounty bar out the fridge, white wine & Lucozade mixer.
