I had a burger from Burger Urge called The Smokestack with fries and a drink, yum yum.

Dirty rice omelette with cranberry and orange abergele cheese, Siracha mayo, chipotle cream sauce, mixed with chilli and Cajun season, garlic sauce and chilli lime seasoning mixed into the egg and topped with ketchup.

Leftovers — half a Cornish pasty, the remains of the cauliflower cheese, box of fries .....

Still got some fries left. That's OK will go with something else later!

I had bbq meatlovers and godfather pizza half & half from Domino’s, yum yum.

Eggs Benedict then a cherry bakewell tart.

The spinach had to be trashed been cooked and in the fridge but didn't smell right!

So I used fried tomato & red pepper instead.

Corned beef peas and corn hash mixed with roasted potatoes and carrots with garlic pepper, chilli seasoning, Cajun seasoning, sauteed in smoky jalapeno cream sauce and avocado lime sauce, topped with ketchup.

Sausages egg & chips. Need protein! (Or I thought I did.) Chips include leftover fries. Added tomato & red pepper, 'for extra colour'.

Using up leftovers — Sunday lunch — half a pork pie, roast potatoes, carrots & parsnips out the freezer..... gravy, English mustard.....

Using up leftovers — take-out sag aloo & plain rice, a sausage, onion bhaji. Think I was just in time the spinach was on the point of starting to go off!

Made a nice little diner for me and my girlfriend. On the menu we have : chinese style fondue (hot pot) with beef and potatoes, little assortment of veggies, spicy mayo to dip and a nice warm loaf of Kalamata Olives bread and cultured butter to spread.

It was delicious
