A bowl of cereal, a mix of store-brand equivalents of Honey Nut Cheerios and Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Just before that, I had some microwavable chicken alfredo, and a bit of string cheese and lettuce for dinner.

I had lamb cutlets cooked with rosemary, salt, pepper and other herbs and asparagus cooked with salt, pepper, minced garlic, olive oil and butter, yum yum.

i took a nap at 7pm right, and i woke up at 11 pm, but i usually go to sleep at that time so i tried but i got hungry at like, 2am? so i ate one single brioche roll and forced myself to sleep before i got hungry again
