It isn't necessarily gore. It is some weird black substance that I cannot make heads or tails of what it could possibly be.

Nothing has been shown from decimal to binary. I may try other tricks. 

Those are just numbers on the keyboard from left to right repeated multiple times though, 1234567890 all the time

Close (ish) - the original was a binary message transmitted from a radio telescope to a cluster 25,000 lightyears away - and was meant to give data on our species (dna, physical height and appearance, that sort of thing)

but the authors worked for NASA on the voyager probe programmes.
