Tried to watch some tutorials on making trains in Blender? I am a Blender user, but I can't make the model right sometimes, as I am making my own project at the moment.

Mirror modifier; you can literally work on half the loco at a time, then use the mirror modifier to duplicate it to the other side.

The easiest way would be to buy the model off TurboSquid.  Otherwise, look for Blender Youtube tutorials on hard surface modeling.
