Very emotionally drained; tfw you go with your parents to another place for groceries and gen. Shopping and all they do is argue and fight and when you try telling them to stop bc both aren’t talking normally to eachother its a he said she said and in the car mom googles behind his back about fighting like cat & dog  this makes me a bit anxious but mostly sad

Worry not, friend. Life gives us both bad and good feelings. I am learning to navigate myself through these bad feelings while treasuring the friends who have been caring for me throughout. Which include you.

Those are not burdens belong you, and you don't have to be responsible for your parents' emotions. 

I suspect that your childhood was marked by a lack of security.
My parents and your parents were very similar.
I often feel guilty for no reason because of other people's silence, cold responses, and indifferent expressions.
But we shouldn't be like this.

Try to pause and ask yourself:
“Am I seeking security by compromising or accommodating others?”
“Which part of me feels responsible for maintaining harmony?”
“Can I remain connected to myself even if others distance themselves?”

I can certainly relate to patental conflict and being very emotional about it! You can always vent to me about it, should you ever need to!
