Fluttershy isnt that scared is she?

She is whimpery but not scared is what i notice about the character.

Her fright is a lot more than mere wimpiness. She has to overcome a phobia that literally affects everything about her and around her, whether it's her ability to connect to others or obstacles that literally trigger her stage fright. It took several seasons for her to finally break through and become self-assuring.

She's certainly developed as a character since her debut in the first season, and I wouldn't say she's very scared per se. She is a bearer of one of the elements after all! I think she's more anxious than anything else, especially earlier in the show. Lots of love for the yellow pegasus.

She pulled off the multiple personalities thing while running Rarity's Manehatten shop in "Fake It 'til You Make It".  But it went too far in the whole episode that even Rarity had to deal with Fluttershy
