Do you think G5 will have a good plot like G4?

I am hoping G5 will have a main plot, and not season-based plots that could be summed up by the season premiere and season finale episodes only. I cannot figure out the real main plot that G4 had, and it is questionable if it was a good one (Twilight becoming a princess twice?). But G4 had 9 seasons, and that is going to be difficult to top with G5.

I'm sure they'll put in the effort to write a good storyline. They saw what worked with Gen4 and they'll definitely want to repeat that success.

I hope that the story is good enough to give G5 worth watching. It’s a whole new world stuff we’re dealing with here when it comes to the aforementioned plot of this movie.

I've said it once before, but I really don't think lightning will strike twice here- too many corporate suits involved. That said, I really do hope they'll keep a lot of the original writing team for the next generation. The stories and character growth are what make G4 so amazing, and I think they're going to stick to that formula. No reason to reinvent the wheel, after all.

My mantra is: "Expect the worst but hope for the best." They've got some brilliant writers on staff, let's hope they use them! I'm waiting with no small amount of anticipation for that first episode.

As long as they can avoid the pratfalls of G4's later years I don't think it should be a problem
