Where could I get "Emo Celestia"?

Recently, I've been surfing through the many toys from this franchise, and I've come across the best model I've ever seen! It's basically Celestia, but painted with dark/neon magenta motifs in a copy of emo culture... I've been looking but I can't find where this version of her could be. Help please!
