What Do You Guys Think of This? (Kinda somber)

I watched this video a while ago, and it left me wondering and thinking differently. Recently, I rewatched it and I feel that there's just so much to explore in it. Anyways, here it is:

And here's some initial analysis/discussion:

Obviously, it's not saying that the fandom (and kinda any fandom in general, but pony is definitely a bit obsessive) is inherently bad, but I think it really has a good message.

Simply put, it seems to be asking "Are you just using it as an escape or are you using it to make your life and the world a better place?"

I unfortunately relate to the main character sometimes, rip.

Anyways, I really like the use of a changeling throughout it. As he goes into the fandom, you see the green flame of a changeling, which shows that he's just using it as an escape.

But, just like a changeling, he can share love and give kindness to others, which lets him transform (yay!)

Overall, it's just a really good piece of art, and I'd like to hear what you guys think! (or just about the fandom in general ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
