Wake up times

Lately for me it's been wake up around 12 or 1 PM, nap around 5 PM, wake up between 7 to 9 PM, stay up all the way until 5 or 6 AM then fall asleep and repeat. :sealed:

I get quite active around midnight, I'm not sure exactly why.

I usually can't sleep longer than till 6am. If I manage to sleep till 8am, I am happy. I can't sleep during a day, If I can't fall asleep for a long time at night, I am pretty screwed :Sunny-huh:

I tend to go to bed at 12:30 am or 1:30 am and normally wake up at 9 am on my own.  Yet I do have a cat and she comes with her own setting on sleep....:pip-err:

Latest ever for me was also about 4PM, but that was after not having slept for 3 days, and I only stayed up for a few hours before going back to sleep.

If I get to sleep in, I'm usually up by 9. If I'm on my preferred sleep schedule, I get up by 10. If I'm really tired, maybe as late as 11, and if ai'm sick I have made it to 1PM a handful of times.

Like @Starlighty I am a night owl with a very similar schedule. It doesn’t seem late to me because it’s a different lifestyle. I have often slept as late as 10pm because that’s more or less normal for a long sleep for a nocturnal animal like me. The longest sleep I have had lasted almost 17 straight hours. So regardless of when the sleep was enjoyed, it went late by whatever standards you wish to apply.

The latest I've slept in was probably until 1pm, but that was when I was experiencing revenge sleep when I was forced to stay home during the crux of Covid. Gotta say, it was not a fun experience at all, hahah. On weekends, sometimes I'll sleep in til about 10am or so.

My wake up times are borked thanks to work, as I find myself waking up between 3-5 am. I may have also gotten this from my mom as she’s sometimes up around the same time lol

If I wake up at 8am I feel awful. I like to wake up at around 5am because I like to try to catch the sunlight as soon as possible. But with it being winter now… I wake up at 6 and latest has probably been 10am when I was depressed and then that made me feel even more depressed D:

sunlight is motivating to me. 

I think I must be solar powered!

Usually I'm waking up between 5 and 6 am. My nervous system is super fast it spends and gains energy very quickly so morning hours are golden for me and I don't want to miss any minute of it

But my alarm clock is ringing at 7 am many years. I like it and keep it as is ^•^

And it’s funny how you actually get me with this. Many people just groan or look at me like I’m weird for being this way. ^_^ Except for @Sir Hugsalothe leaves me in the dust when it comes to work outs and at one point he was the one waking me up at 5am for the gym while I just wanted to cling and snuggle longer D:

I confirm that. I may've been waking up on 5 AM, but at least 30 minutes for snuggling was obligatory before any workout D:

I am an early bird :3 I love having as much day for me as possible. Going to bed late feels... almost sad to me. Like I didn't respect myself and my need for sleep. Yet waking up early, when most people are still sleeping is somehow fine :laugh: But it feels great and I will train you to follow that mindset, Silky <3

Under the week, I usually wake up around 6 AM because of my work. And on the weekend or other free days, it also happens often that I wake up at the same time, but I stay much longer in bed than when I have to stay up (often hours more).

Latest I ever slept in was probably 3pm? That was in 2022, when I got sick, but I've come pretty close again recently, as my sleep schedule has practically nosedived into the abyss. Mostly because I've been staying up late doing work stuff. Last Monday I woke up at around 2pm.

I like getting up early, but not like super early. Like at around 7ish.
