Pete's Dragon is a great old Disney movie.

The Live action MLP movie.(I hope!)

Who Framed Roger Rabbit is by far the best I've seen – the combination of animation and live action (which was done impressively) is a perfect fit for the plot, and it never feels like a gimmick thanks to the appealing characters and story.

I also liked Looney Tunes: Back in Action as a kid, though I have no idea how well it's held up.
