Living in or near Toronto and going to BronyCon?

I really want to attend this summer's BronyCon, but my parents are reluctant on allowing me to go because of staying with strangers and age. My mom said that she wants to see my possible roommate in person before thinking about letting me go.

 

So, here's my questions. Is anyone on this forum a resident of Toronto or near Toronto, preferably Markham, who is going to this summer's BronyCon? Are you also willing to share your hotel room with me if you're going? When are you leaving and arriving back?
