Carrick woke up from his nap, he wasn't able to get any REM sleep. He was curious. That one dream with the blue pony, was that just his mind? Carrick didn't know if it will happen again, however time started to become a factor. Carrick slide down the cabin and fell off. He wobbled a bit, but still stick a landing. He saw Starbolt, Hypno, and Fae. "Hey, everypony," Carrick yawned, "is Snow taking care of?

Starbolt turned to see Carrick.

"We are still debating it." She replied to him.

'You know it will be simple to just leave her tied up here.' Fae told Starbolt.

Starbolt glared at Fae. "No we aren't doing that." She told her.

Carrick blinked, "I'm guessing that she didn't like losing her magic did she? Most magic-user don't like losing their magic so you'd have to sell it pretty well. Still, I thought that would be easy, because if that rope isn't release by at least an hour. We'd have to consider amputation."

"I say we just go for the magic removal spell. It's that or it's the horn removal. I'm pretty sure the magic removal is more desirable." Starbolt replied.

"I'm also surprised nopony has attacked us here yet." She added.

"Well, we haven't move very far from this cabin. I guess they really thought that Snow would of stopped us. Probably after we move forward to the path again, we'll have to be dealing with some ponies soon enough."

 

Carrick turned to Hypno, "Hypno, I know you wanted to let her get her consent, but time is running out. We've been here too long and it's time for this to end." Carrick took the powder from Hypno's hooves. "Starbolt, come with me. I don't want to screw this up. I rather not be dealing with a horn removal because, I spilled the powder." Carrick walked back inside the cabin.

Starbolt followed Carrick back into the cabin.

'Wonder what we are going to do.' Fae told Starbolt as the walked inside.

"Carrick, what's the plan?" She asked as they stepped inside the cabin.

"I'm going to get her to start talking, which shouldn't be too hard. When the time come when her mouth is wide open. I want you to hold her with magic, of course. I'll take care of the rest." Carrick said as he walked up to Snow.

 

"Hey, Snow."

 

Snow looked at Carrick, she was hoping it would of been Hypno. Maybe she could talk about Ice Star again....not with this pony. Damn earth pony. "You? What are you doing here?!"

 

"Just here to say hello."

 

"I don't believe that."

 

"You don't have to believe anything. Just like you aren't sc-"

 

"I'm NOT SCUM!!!" She screams at him...

Starbolt held Snow's mouth open with her magic. Fae also contributed with her own magic.

Starbolt kept the spell up and with Fae's help she was able to keep Snow's mouth open steadily despite her struggling.

"I'm sorry for all of this." Carrick placed the powder in her mouth. She struggled not to shallow it, but Carrick closed her mouth and closed her nose. She reluctantly swallowed the powder. Carrick let go of her, he didn't know how much the powder could take. It didn't matter, Snow was sobbing uncontrollable. She didn't know if she had her magic powers or not, she knew they would leave soon.

 

Carrick tipped his hat down, even though she wasn't exactly the nicest unicorn out there. To see a pony cry was something he didn't wish himself upon. "WHY?! WHY?! WHY?!"

 

"Because...you're a danger to everypony around you." Carrick release the rope from her horn....

"Fae, what powder was that?" Starbolt asked her companion.

Fae thought for a moment as she took a look at the powder left on Carricks hoofs.

"How long will her magic be gone?" She asked Carrick.

(OOC Put what kind of powder it was in OOC so Fae can answer.)

"It should be a month." Carrick said as he tried to ignore the sobbing cries of Snow. Carrick didn't see her use any of her magic, he untied her from the chair as she fell down. She got her into a fetal position and continued to cry.

 

Carrick said nothing, he just look at the pony. Sobbing, as tears came falling down her face....

Fae just shrugged. 'Must be one of those dark magic powders.' She told Starbolt.

"I see."

Starbolt turned to Carrick. "What do we do with her now?" She asked him.

Carrick looked at her crying, "If we had time, I would just help her with her mental instability. However, we're already wasting too much time as it is." Carrick rubbed her chin, "I guess this is her home now. We'll leave some food for her. Than we get the group and start heading out."

"Alright then.I'll call the others." Starbolt replied as she went upstairs to wake up Blaze and Daeva.

Fae flew out the window getting some food she could forage from the nearby forest.

Starbolt stopped outside Blaze's door.

'Should I wake them?' She thought to herself.

Carrick sighed as he got out of the cabin, he wasn't exactly happy that he destroy this pony even more mentally. However, he was the leader of this group. He had to make the tough decision. It was either this or place her in a jail where she would lose her magic again.

 

He took out his notepad, and started reading his notes again.

A sliver of light managed to find its way through the barricaded window and cast itself on Blaze's eyes. He turned over so the light was no longer on his closed eyelids but on the back of his head. After a couple of seconds he opened his eyes. He saw the most beautiful teal mare laying next to him, her eyes closed and her breathing shallow. She had the cutest purple mane ever, he just wanted to hug her tight and never let her go. But there were more pressing matters to attend to. So without waking Daeva up he quietly and carefully stepped out of bed. He teleported downstairs, his mp sense felt a MP dimming. they must have figured out what to do with snow blaze thought. He saw the blue mare crying. He felt bad, but not bad enough to console her. He stepped outside. "So you finally figured out what to do with Snow huh?" Blaze said.

Starbolt saw a flash of light surround come out of the side of the door, she knew that somepony teleported.

She headed down the stairs to see who it was, she saw Blaze by the door.

She went outside.

"Enjoyed your sleep?" She asked Blaze.

Carrick nodded, "We took her magic, as much as I would like to convince her. I don't think I would of been able to do it in a day." Carrick looked up at the skies,"We have to push forward, we've been stuck here for too long. Ponies falling in love, more ponies, mental breakdowns, summonings. It's been enthralling, but now's the time to go."

Fae came flying back with an assortment of fruits behind levitating behind her.

"Good job Fae." Said Starbolt as she saw the oranges, apples and berries Fae gathered.

Indeed a lot had happened in the past few days, but what a glorious few days they have been. "Well do we wait until the others to wake up?" Blaze asked. "Daeva is still asleep, and so is Quick. I hope Twilight is still on this mountain, we gave her plenty of time to up and leave."

"We're leaving in ten minutes." Carrick said bluntly, "If they come, they come. You can wake up them up if you want to. We don't have the time to screw around anymore." Carrick got up and stretched. "and to be honest...I don't even think she's here anymore...I think we'll to find something else."

Blaze decided that it was for the best to leave sleeping ponies where they lie. I did not want to suffer Daeva's wrath if he woke her up too soon. "How about some breakfast before heading out, we need our carbohydrates and electrolytes if we are to have sufficient energy to go up this mountain" Blaze said.

Starbolt got an apple from the pile of fruit Fae was able to harvest.

"Good thing I had Fae get us some food." She told Blaze as she took a bite out of the apple.

She levitated another apple and offered it to Carrick.

"Thanks, Starbolt and Fae." Carrick took the apple and took big bite out of it. Carrick did enjoyed the taste of the apple in his mouth. It was enough to distract him. He wasn't sure if Twilight was here. Maybe he should of just left when Sweetie Belle was teleported some time ago. Instead of resting, instead of helping these other ponies, maybe he should of went solo and find out what has happened. Let's see what happens, Carrick thought as he took another bite.
